¿No?
Pese a obtener idénticos resultados.

How to improve or advance in Chess?

How to improve or advance in Chess?

By request of some fans blog.Aunque there is always a link to see the old in the right column.

Hello, I would like to show all the fans who want to improve your chess several methods to achieve it. They are those who think they are the best. (If you suggest for me will be enough and not one to give advice (I'm not a chess master in any of its levels) exposed only that, I repeat, I think, and are not rules, some of them have change
1) Evidence at work. (Knowledge Opening, Middle and End Game, Pawn structure, game systems, tactics and strategy).

2) Practice of tournaments. (Experience)

3) Directory of openings, little changed (although this is contrary to my conception of complete chess and never performed). It is good to change the openings to have a broader notion of chess as possible.

4) Study of final important to know. (A simple but ejmplo to start is the book of de la Villa "100 end you need to know") would be good to start. (End Torres)

5) Knowing well the same: to know how you like to play and if you are a good strategist or tactician. To know what type of position play. (Dynamic or static positions). But it does not entail a dependency on the identity (Rowson read book "Chess for Zebras" page 38 et seq.). Could show which aspects must be improved and what field you have to do ma hincapie.Incluso the psychological aspect of the player: if he gets nervous in trouble, whether against a particular player often loses and all other aspects, then go in another section.

6) Systematic study of basic positions opening-half games find plans for them. (Items Model)

7) Analysis of own items. (Important)

8) You must have a mentor teacher to guide you in your learning, to tell you how your progress and will improve because you consider your weaknesses and shortcomings and make them focus. Need not be a graduate (depends on where you want to go, it is important to know that you like to transmit and teach.)

9) Understand chess as a game boxes, that is broken, ie it is very important the control of certain boxes depending on the system or existing pawn structure, see Weak boxes, strong boxes for the passage of parts one wing to another, breaking boxes or shock boxes for an advanced point, and cause any of them, and etc.. (relate it to the other steps because they are all set, for example the first is where learned knowledge is weak box, castling checked, and all that ......

10) Understanding static and dynamic positions. "The secret of transformation" Marovic "know when you can switch from one to another and whether or not. Understand the elements of each of them and the different types (types of closed-center, open ...." understand the dynamic interplay of pawns "of the books will help you autor.Esos.

11) pawn formation (central or not), structures, systems. And as you drive, see your openings and paying attention to them (eg French variant put forward the pawns on the board and study it to see where the pieces are better, breakpoints, weaknesses, ..

12) Players Model, players and scholars (theoretical ) to know that players would be estudiar.Aquí note that all Matchs study by the World Title to be a part of task to enjoy both the best games and meetings with many anecdotes, it will improve your game and you can check the change in this fabulous game-art from its beginnings.

13) Do not commit seven sinstwo (I recommend the book Rowson, I have to pay so much publicity). Que Son: Thinking, greed, materialism, selfishness, Dispersion and Relaxation Enhancement.

(The Seven Deadly Sins of Chess and Chess for Zebras, author said)

14) You play because you like doing for fun, for fun. Not ready to be better than the friend or neighbor. Enjoy long if you do not play. Be polite. Share your knowledge with others. And never say I'm better this my Fritz gives me a clear advantage, does not work. The games will be won or lost once, if you lose is not to say you had won or was crushed because you lost and now you had a chance. Using chess as a tool that Abstract of the real world and you do have a good time.

15) Knowledge with Skill Mix, and train both, is important to have very good skills and training, practicing advantageous positions against strong programs to see if you can win them, problems, and practice late etc ...

16) On the comment of an Argentinian friend nick jugadormar:

"In another order of things and if I may humbly make a contribution as possible, I would like you add to your work, the psychological impact both for personal growth:

For example that the student should not have in mind to win, but to study to play well, it's best to understand and reason posible.Estudiar getting better, as did the great masters of all time to address the strategy and tactics that combined in any position.

As to such a layer or Alekhine to play the Queen's Gambit laborious.

As Fischer or any of the three K to play the Sicilian.

Personally in my classes in public schools in Argentina, the courses start with an introductory talk, where I tell the kids. Or you put your mind, that "I'm going to bust this" such a good friend jugadoromar hug and congratulations.

I think the advice you give to your students to help them raise their self-esteem among other things. Who believe in their abilities and do not be afraid to rival even Elo name or have more than them. The important thing is what is in the position of pieces on the board at any given time because for every time we move a lot, not be nicer to move twice. Chess practical grounds could be defined.

As you say friend, understanding and reason is very important and I think from my point of view as anything I say here, what I look for are ideas, and we will stand a bit in this word IDEAS, good for them to refer to the soil and is called PLAN, I always thought it better to have a bad plan than no I think I've learned to "play like a grandmaster" of Kotov, I have studied little or no young, but this book and I read it great. (It used to was seeing and analyzing games.) Ideas is very general as the concept, examples of which would seek to end love and parts should I change to get it. Normally I look for tower end not because it is an expert but the opposite is more complicated than they appear and have given me many points. An old rival once told me, is that if I reach a rook ending a pawn taking you even more I am inclined to lose. He notably failed him all the basics of the end of Tower explain in comment: Torres active and not eating what you peons to my opponent and follow-

17) And not wanting to look for general solutions, they should look at each game and after each game comes a new problem to be solved. It is no use putting the Fritz or any other program for hours to find the solution to a position if there are no solutions. We must learn to practice knowing that every time your turn must solve the problem in question and to put on over ( The more they say) better your opponent. In this way and testing the program be improved and use can be good if you know how to use to practice vantage points, for exercises of any kind.

18) It should be mentioned in accordance with all the above that would be necessary to schedule a board of studies and topics of the same. For example 30 minutes initial tactical problems (no programs) with 30 other strategic issues, one hour opening repertoire, an hour Skills (*), annotated games an hour, another hour analyzing my games, with three daily departures program semirapidas our level more or less and on the Internet if you want but with some time to think and not many to frenetic rhythms. Well could spend all day writing because it is easier said than done to improve. Patience, study and practice.
